This important and timely conference, hosted by Public Health Advocates (formerly CCPHA), will showcase new research findings from UCLA describing diabetes and prediabetes levels in California cities. The conference is designed for city, public health and community leaders to find out more about how prediabetes is impacting their communities, learn why the diabetes epidemic matters for cities and explore steps that cities can take to become more attractive by promoting health equity and community vitality. Come to the conference and join other problem-solvers in the quest to stem diabetes and the havoc it causes to our residents and our economy.
